At ÖGON Design, we create innovative, elegant, and durable accessories designed to accompany you every day for many years. Because we have complete confidence in the quality of our products, we have chosen to go even further with an extended warranty, designed to give you true peace of mind.
All ÖGON Design products now benefit from an international 5-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use and in accordance with our recommendations.
Lifetime warranty on our metal clasps
A true signature of our products, our metal clasps are designed to combine security, reliability, and everyday durability. That is why they are guaranteed for life in the event of breakage, ensuring long-lasting reliability every day.
Repair rather than replace
Sustainability is an integral part of our approach. That is why we design wallets made to last, using high-quality materials, robust construction, and components that, whenever possible, can be maintained or replaced over time.
Certain parts — such as axles, bellows, or other mechanical components — can therefore be repaired, replaced, or restored by our after-sales service in order to sustainably extend the life of your wallet.
What our warranty covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, material defects, as well as any malfunction affecting the proper functioning of the product under normal conditions of use.
What our warranty does not cover
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accidents, drops, impacts, improper handling, overloading, inappropriate use, or modifications.
It also does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from time and daily use.
For our aluminum products, this includes, in particular, superficial or deep scratches, impact marks, worn corners, as well as any deformation resulting from improper use. More generally, signs of use, discoloration, or the natural aging of materials are not considered defects covered by the warranty.
Like any quality accessory designed for regular use, your
product will naturally evolve over time. These normal signs of life do not
constitute manufacturing defects.
How to submit a warranty or repair request
For any request, simply contact our after-sales service at ogoncontact@ogondesigns.com and
specify:
- the product concerned
- the date and place of purchase
- the defect encountered
To help us process your request more efficiently and quickly, please also
attach your proof of purchase as well as clear photos of the product
and the issue encountered.
Processing your request
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will proceed with the replacement of the product
or the shipment of the necessary parts.
Shipping costs for the new product are covered by ÖGON Design. Return shipping costs for the defective product remain your responsibility.
